Thick brush, tangled undergrowth, and overgrown land - it's one of the most common headaches property owners deal with. You know the land has potential, but it's hard to see past the mess. That's exactly the kind of work we built Schwieters Land Services around.

We run a Bobcat track loader fitted with a Diamond forestry mulching head. That setup lets us chew through dense brush, saplings, and ground-level growth without the mess of hauling debris off-site. What was once a wall of vegetation gets ground down into a clean layer of mulch right where it stands. The ground goes from unusable to open in a fraction of the time it would take by hand.

Forestry mulching is one of the most efficient ways to clear land - especially on properties where access is tight or the terrain isn't perfectly flat. We do this kind of work all across the Stillwater area and throughout the North Metro, and the results speak for themselves. Clean, open ground that's actually ready to use.

We work with homeowners, rural property owners, and everyone in between. Whether you're trying to open up a wooded lot, clear fence lines, improve access to a back section of your property, or just get overgrowth under control - this is what we do every day. We genuinely appreciate every job and referral that comes our way from this community, and we don't take that support lightly.

If you've got a piece of land that's been on your mind, we're happy to take a look. No project is too brushy.
