This is the kind of work that makes a property look sharp again. A full spring cleanup followed by fresh dark mulch across multiple beds - front foundation plantings, driveway entrance islands, and the natural beds along the tree line. Big property, a lot of ground to cover, and the crew knocked it out in a day.

Here's what we were working with - a well-established property with mature trees, natural boulder accents, and layered plantings throughout. Those kinds of beds take some care to mulch properly. You can't just dump and spread. The mulch has to be worked around the root zones, kept away from plant crowns, and laid at a consistent depth to actually do its job.

Fresh mulch does more than look good. It holds moisture in the soil, suppresses weeds before they get a foothold, and helps protect plant roots through temperature swings. On a property this size, that adds up to a lot less maintenance headache down the road. The dark color also does a great job of making the green grass and existing plantings pop.

We're deep into spring cleanup season right now and schedules are filling up fast. We handle everything from mulch installs like this one to full lawn care, tree removal, and land management work. If your beds are still looking rough from winter, this is the time to get it sorted.
