We're growing, and we need good people. Schwieters Land Services is looking for a few solid additions to our crew for the rest of the season and heading into winter. If you like working outside, running equipment, and doing work you can actually see at the end of the day - this might be a good fit.

We have openings across a few different areas. That includes landscaping and property improvement, lawn care, tree and brush clearing, land work, and snow removal this winter. Full-time and part-time positions are both on the table. Pay runs $20 to $30+ per hour depending on your experience and the role.

Experience with equipment, tree work, lawn care, or snow removal is a plus. But we're also willing to bring in someone who's newer to the work if they're motivated and ready to learn. What matters most to us is reliability. Show up, work hard, and be someone the crew can count on - that's the baseline.
